RESPONS PETERNAK SAPI PERAH TERHADAP PEMBUATAN YOGHURT SUSU SAPI DENGAN PENAMBAHAN PUREE UBI JALAR (Ipomea batatas) DI DESA GEDAWANG KECAMATAN BANYUMANIK KOTA SEMARANG

The objectives of the research were to find out: 1) response dairy cow farmers cow's milk yogurt production with addition sweet potato puree; 2) factors (age, education level, experience breeding and intensity extension) that affect farmers; 3) effectiveness extension behavior shift farmers. This used one group pretest-posttest design sampling technique was saturated sample (census) so 30 respondents obtained. results data analysis showed inGedawang Village, Banyumanik District in "high" category. variables age, raising livestock, simultaneously have a very significant effect on increasing making puree, value 0.000 (P<0.01). Meanwhile, variable had no puree. categorized as effective score 82.17% too 68.52%.
